By booking a session with Isabelle Saidi Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your session date.

• The remaining balance is due by the date of the session or as otherwise agreed upon.

• Payments can be made via [list payment methods].

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Image Delivery

• Digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within [X] weeks of the session.

• Number of edited images and delivery format will be stated in the service agreement.

• RAW files are not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyright of [Your Business Name].

• Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing and printing.

• Commercial use (for brands or influencers) must be pre-approved and may include licensing fees.

5. Model Release

Unless specified otherwise, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials. You may revoke this in writing at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or loss due to technical issues, accidents, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
